1. Payment and Surcharge for Installments

*If the total pack amount is paid in installments, a 10% surcharge will be applied to the original total amount. This covers the administrative and management costs associated with split payments.

 

2. Proportional Use of Hours Based on Payment Progress

When payment is made in two or three installments, the usage of hours included in the pack will be proportional to the amount paid, as follows:

After the second payment, up to 50% of the total hours may be used.

After the third payment, up to 66% of the total hours may be used.

The full set of contracted hours can only be used after the total payment has been settled.

 

3. Advance Payment and Service Start

The pack is considered purchased and active only after the corresponding payment is made (full or first installment).

Services will only begin once payment is confirmed.

 

4. Exclusion of Third-Party Expenses

The pack price does not include any third-party costs, such as suppliers, subcontractors, licenses, platforms, or other external services required for project execution. Such costs, if applicable, will be quoted and invoiced separately, subject to prior client approval.

 

5. Scope of Services

The packs cover services in the fields of communication design, web design, and marketing, including consulting, graphic design, digital content creation, brand and communication management, or other services previously agreed upon. Any additional or out-of-scope activities require separate quotation and written client approval.

6. Flexible Use of Hours and Revisions

Regardless of the project size or scope, all work is provided on an hourly basis. Clients are free to request changes, revisions, and adjustments throughout the project, with the corresponding time being deducted from the available hours in the selected pack.

This flexible approach ensures that the service can adapt to the client's needs while maintaining full transparency regarding time allocation and project costs.
